CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION
You can register in three ways:
1. Return the completed registration form per post.
2. Via the website: www.soentken.com
3. Phone: 0031 (0)20 – 52 19 465 and state your name, telephone number and workshop date

After you register, I will send you a confirmation and an invoice. The amount is to be paid via a bank transfer within the payment period of 14 days and before the start of the workshop. By registering, you agree on the registration conditions mentioned in this leaflet. A week before the start of the workshop, I will send a reminder and a route description.

INVESTMENT
This two-day workshop requires an investment of both time and money. It is recommended to repeat this workshop in the organisation itself. The fee is including a lunch, refreshments, documents and accompanying literature, but excluding VAT.

ABSENCE
If, for some reason, you are suddenly unable to attend the workshop, you may have yourself replaced by a colleague, provided you let me know in time. Cancellation may only take place in writing by registered post within three weeks before the start of the workshop at the latest. This involves a cancellation fee of € 150 (excl. VAT). From three weeks before the start of the workshop the entire amount is due and payable. PRIVACY Your details shall be treated confidentially and shall not be lent out, hired out or sold or made available to third parties in any other way. At your request, we will remove your details from the database.

There is copyright on this leaflet, the workshop and all material handed out during the workshop. Nothing hereof may be made public or multiplied without the written permission of the author.
