ELLEN SÖENTKEN MSc (1969) went to Nyenrode University where she obtained the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration, and also to the VU University in Amsterdam (Doctorandus degree of Social and Cultural Sciences). She completed her education with a critical analysis of the success of 10 Dutch top women, among which are Neelie Kroes, Sylvia Tóth, Yvonne van Rooy and Cox Habbema. After a career in publishing, she set up her own business SÖENTKEN and developed the talked-about training The 7 Vices of Female Managers. In March 2007, her first book THE SEVEN VICES OF FEMALE MANAGERS was published (second edition July 2007). She is currently working on her second book. SÖENTKEN’S LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS are much talked about and highly appreciated. They give female managers exactly what they need to EXCEL IN A POLITICAL ENVIRONMENT at medium and higher management levels.
